A deep, Caribbean blue. They're rather flashy, really, and terribly beautiful. It's a sin almost to have such a flawless pair of giant, glassy orbs, isn't it? Oh, woe to the beauty lovers whose eyes of wonder have been stolen by this unruly male. Clear as panes of glass, they hold the color of the sea and the whiteness of ice at the same time. Some might call the color aqua, but others prefer to name it simply cerulean. They appear to have little veins of a darker color running from the pupil out to the edge of the iris, further likening them to spider-webbed glass, just ready to crack.
f ur ✦
My my, what wonderful fur he's got, too! Truly, it is a sin, with his fur. A shade of led and sky that almost none could recreate, the base color is a charcoal-like substance similar to the hue which one would get by shading the side point of a pencil down on white paper. It has almost a...fluffy look to it, when really, the hair itself is course and straight. His underbelly is dominated by a lighter shade of gray, but still in the same family as the base. However, perhaps the most attractive things on him are his stripes. True, they are extremely similar to a tiger's in the liking that he has a thick dorsal stripe running from the top of his head, down his spine, and to the tip of his tail. The stripes then branch from the central dorsal stripe, down his sides in wavy patterns, making almost a second ribcage. Yes, those stripes are the same blue as the dark blue veins in his eyes - how convenient, no? His face is actually striped as well, with the dorsal stripe that stopped at the top of his skull restarting at where his nose meets his face and trailing out to the start of his nostrils. Then, like his body, stripes branch out from the dorsal, creating a rather cool effect on his face.
a ppearance ✦
Oh, what could be more delightful than his coloring? Nothing, really, but his body makes for a rather fascinating investigation. His muscular system is surely in top notch, no? Considering the way his muscles bulge from under that thick coat, I'd say so! A body-builder in his spare time (or as much as a wolf can be) he tends to spend most of his free time swimming. I know, a rather wet pastime, eh? But he enjoys it because it strengthens all the muscles in his body, or he believes so after he climbs out. He can often be seen swimming for hours on end, just to build up those leg and core muscles. For what, you might ask? Fighting. It's obvious that the more muscular you are, the better chance you have of a fight. And this is true for Percy. He's absolutely ginormous, both in size and in brawn. Though he is not overly tall, his sheer muscle mass makes him look tens times bigger.
p ower ✦ A rather peculiar power is that of which Perseus holds. Rather than having a power focused on his brawn, his musculature actually helps his power out. It is called, very plainly, Frostbite. Funnily enough, he's colored very conveniently for having this power. Frostbite works very simply, and yet it is complex at the same time. No one quite knows how it is obtained, but all that is known is that one is born with it and can never be rid of it. As a fetus, probably in a frigid womb, ice somehow begins to form in the oddest of places: in the fetus's teeth. It starts in the root and slowly matures up into the tooth itself, and eventually ice coats the entire enamel of the teeth, and even spreads to the gums of the creature as he matures. For Percy, this was a textbook case of Frostbite, and he took it in his stride. He's matured to the point that ice has completely covered all of his teeth and his gums. The way this power works is simple enough: if he gets his jaws around you and punctures the skin, it causes the victim to freeze up for two minutes solid, giving the owner of the power time to recuperate, or, in some cases, split. The power wears off after two minutes exactly, and the victim is back to normal again, as if it had never happened. Throughout the frozen state, they are completely aware of their surroundings, but in a sort of sluggish mode, as if everything is in slow motion. However, when it wears off, like previously stated, it has no side effects except a rather frigid feeling. Also - the wound made by the jaws of a wolf carrying the power Frostbite never completely heals over. Instead, it heals right up to the outermost layer of skin, and where the tooth punctured the other leaves a thin residue of ice in the shape of a tooth that never, ever goes away.

p ros ✦ 1. His dangerous good looks. Yes, he's a hunk of all man, and his attractiveness can get him in good with the ladies. 2. His muscle. Obviously, he trains for a reason. He's excellent with combat.
c ons ✦ 1. His dangerous good looks. Sometimes, being so good-looking makes you a target, and his unique fur pattern doesn't exactly blend in. He's a walking striped blue creature, and he's easy to spot and hard to miss. 2. His lack of speed. Quite plainly, he cannot run.
q uirks ✦ 1. He doesn't walk. He prowls. 2. He almost never wags his tail. Ever.
p ersonality ✦
Ah, Percy...what to say about his fluctuating personality? He has two sides to him. The first side is his combat side. He refers to this side as 'Ares', and will often think about Ares in his head as if it is a real person. Ares tends to be very angry. The muscles and claws come out when he's in this mode, and he's often unreasonable and terribly rude. He is focused and set on his goal, and he does not waver from what he was told to do. He would go through with his plan or mission even if it threatened his life - but if it didn't do this, what fun would life be? The second half of him is just Percy, though it's not much different from Ares. Just Percy means he's semi-relaxed, or as relaxed as he can be, and often is incredibly prickly and agitated all the time. He hates company, and only listens to his superiors. Often, he'll be found hanging out by himself and being generally mysterious.

r elations ✦ No family is alive that he would like to remember.
h istory ✦
Perseus was born into a strict, Andromeda-like family of loners that were tough on him from his very first breath. His father, more like a drill-sergeant than a caring parent, commanded Percy to do everything and ordered Percy's sister, Amphy, nothing. Percy hunted for the family when he was barely old enough to be out in the woods by himself, and when he caught meager or nothing, he was reprimanded harshly. As soon as he was old enough, he escaped his family, leaving his mother and sister to fend for themselves against his father. He knows not what happened to them, but frankly, he does not care. It does not bother him that he left them to die. His father, at least, deserved it.
