a ppearance ✦ Sita is a fairly normal wolf. No odd markings except one, no oddly colored eyes, no bright green fur. Her soft coat is unfortunately white, meaning it takes forever to clean properly. Her fur is fairly long, keeping her nice and warm in the cold seasons. Her eyes are pretty large for a wolf, but they allow for her beautiful chocolate brown eyes to be easily seen by other wolves. Her build is fairly normal for a wolf, but truth is she is more of a runner than a fighter. Her odd marking is a crescent moon that rests just above and around her left eye. It's gold with a bit of a brown tone to it.
p ower ✦ Bird's Eye
Have you ever wondered what the world looks like from a bird's point of view? Sita's never had to wonder. It's always been an option for her. No, she can't fly. But she can see through a bird's eyes. Mainly birds of prey, such as eagles, falcons, and hawks. It takes a lot more energy to sink into the point of view of birds like sparrows and ravens. Some think it's because her permanent spirit animal is the eagle, but that might not be it. Who knows? The Great Spirit works in mysterious ways. How does she manage to see from a bird's eyes, though?
Sita has had a connection with birds ever since she was little. She can just look at an eagle or howl to one in the sky and it will come down to her or just take some sort of interest in her at the very least. She can almost speak to them through the eyes, too. No verbal communication, just looking into the eyes and understanding. Almost like how you look at a tree and know it's a tree. Or how you look at a color and just know it's red. You don't need to explain how it's red or what red is in detail... It's just red. That's how it is with Sita and birds. They can understand each other through the eyes.
To be looking from a bird's eyes, though, is where the power really comes in. Sita has to make eye contact with the bird and releases her sense of sight, which causes her eyes to glow gold. The bird has the option of allowing the sight or not. If the bird allows the connection, then Sita can see through the eyes of the bird, but can't do anything else. There is also somewhat of a connection between Sita and the bird at this point, but it is not verbally. It's more of a telepathic type of thing without the use of actual words since birds speak a different language. It's hard to explain. While Sita has her sense of sight combined with the bird's, her body is completely vulnerable. When the bird accepts the connection, her body will slump to the ground though her eyes will stay open and glowing. She can also still speak through her body and hear from there, too, but she cannot see anything around her body, only from around the bird. No wolf is quite sure what would happen if she were to be harmed or killed while in this state, though some have speculated that she could become blind or she would forever only be able to see out of the bird's eyes. Some have even said they think all her senses will merge with the bird and her wolf body will die. But who really knows?

p ros ✦ determined, loving, civilized
c ons ✦ stubborn, over-protective, know-it-all
q uirks ✦ talks to herself
p ersonality ✦
Sita ... is somewhat of a handful. Being a know-it-all and stubborn at that makes even the smallest of arguments difficult with her. But the only reason why she thinks she knows it all and the only reason why she's so stubborn about it is because she strives to be the best, or at least seem like the best. Since Cassiopeia's never violent, she has no reason to be the strongest, and she's never been able to be the fastest. She also finds her power pretty lame and boring, even though it's fairly unique. She's genuinely jealous of other wolves' powers. But she is determined. Once she has her sights set on something she wants, it will take a lot to get her to give up. She's pretty loving, other than the difficult-ness. She loves pups, though she just might hide it because she doesn't want to seem like the she-wolves that do nothing, but worry about their pups and mate. Sita could be considered your stereotypical Cassiopeia wolf. She's very much against violence and rough-housing. She completely despises Cepheus wolves and has no tolerance of them and their cruelty. She doesn't trust Orion wolves worth anything, even if her pack may tolerate them. Though Cassiopeia looks down upon Andromeda for so much structure, rules, and punishments, Sita can't help, but admiring their system and how they work. She would never want to give up her immense freedom among nature and the Great Spirit to the more organized way of life, but if she had to chose any other pack than Cassiopeia, it would have to be this pack.

r elations ✦ Lupine (brother); large black wolf (brave-fang) with a golden sun over his right eye.
h istory ✦ -coughcough histories in first person are better coughcough-
I was born unto the night, just before my brother who was born just after sunrise. The Great Spirit, as me and Lupine have been taught since we were little, works in wondrous ways. Giving me the symbol of the moon on my face made me a daughter of the Moon, of the night itself, since I was born under it. Lupine was the son of the Sun, the day, since he was born just after sunrise. He was given a golden sun around his right eye. Mother and father had earth and air symbols on them, both of those being opposites that work together, which made sense that my and my brother were opposites that work together. It was a little backwards with how each of us found our powers and totems. I found my totem around the same time he found his power, and then visa versa. I found my totem at a young age: the eagle. A symbol of leadership and an amazing bird of prey. I guess finding my totem first is what led me to finding my power, my inner strength.
One day, as I had just turned two seasons old, I saw my totem animal flying above me. With excitement, I let out a soft howl to it and soon, to my surprise, the bird came down and stood a little in front of me, maybe two wolf-lengths away. "Eagle, why do you come when I call you?" I asked the bird this, not expecting an answer, but when I looked into the bird's eyes, I could feel an answer. It was as if he was saying, "You are my sister, as we are both hunters and as we both were given to these lands by the Great Spirit." Of course, there was no actual words exchanged, but just by looking into the great bird's eyes, I could feel the answer, as though his emotions were intertwining with mine and making a non-verbal conversation. I stared at the bird's eyes, wondering what it was like to fly, to soar into the sky and that's when I first felt my power. It was like my mind was pushing out from my brain and soon a gold haze covered my vision. When the haze went away, I was looking at my own body, my crescent moon around my eye, and my eyes themselves glowing gold. I gasped, seeing my own maw gasp, and when I tried to look around, I could see my own head moving slightly. Needless to say, I was afraid, until the bird moved it's head and looked elsewhere, which then I was looking elsewhere as well. We were sharing the same eyes, the bird and I.
I thought about what it was like to fly and the bird felt amusement at my wish and took off into the skies. I knew my body collapsed to the ground where it was and I blocked out all of my other senses except the sight. The eagle and I were one, just as all of the universe is one, just like how the Great Spirit intended it to be. It took a little time to close off my sight from the bird and return to mine own eyes, but I did it with some help from the eagle himself. After my body felt normal again, as when I got back to it I was very tired, I ran to the Shaman as fast as my paws could carry me and I told him/her all about it. Being interested, of course the Shaman would like to see what power the Great Spirit gifted me with, so I showed him/her. It was fairly impressive and my brother was also there. Lupine told me how he found his totem animal that day.
Needless to say, I was born and raised under Cassiopeia. I am now three cycles and two seasons old and Lupine is still by my side, being my brother as always. I have proven useful with my power, too, as I've been able to give reports on where prey is and also where intruders are. Everything can be seen from a bird's point of view.
